I can’t believe that 59 days are already gone for 2025. St Patrick’s Day is not far off and Easter, even though late this year, will be here in April before we know it. The best thing is that Spring is coming soon and so is warmer weather. We will have flowers, gardens, and yes, yard work to do. For a sports nut like me, March Madness is coming soon, as well as baseball season. More sunshine, longer days, will brighten our lives and help us appreciate God’s wonders. 

This month we are collecting for America for Christ and our goal is $500.

As we continue our journey in the transition process, and in our effort to look for a new pastor, we spend time praying and listening to find the plan God has for our congregation. Rev. Bartley continues to challenge us as a congregation to achieve great things in our community. Please continue to pray for our congregation and our Pastoral Search Committee, to follow God’s guidance in calling a new minister.

Our Bible Study continues to be on hiatus, as we are looking at better ways to minister each week to ur congregation.

We are still worshiping in person at Richardson Chapel, on the campus of Franklin College, and on ZOOM, each Sunday at 10 a.m.  If you can’t join us and want to be with us by ZOOM, please email Mark Friend, our church Moderator, at the church’s email address, franklinfbcoffice@gmail.com, and the invitation link will be sent to you. We invite you to join us every Sunday as we praise God and worship together.

We look to the future for God’s direction, as we continue the process in our search for a new pastor. As always, we need your support and prayers to strengthen us in this journey.
